Angel Christine Herring, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with drugs after nearly causing two wrecks on Ga Loop 1 near Martha Berry Highway.
Reports said that Herring crossed two lanes of traffic, nearly hitting two vehicles in careless disregard for the safety of others.
After being found, Herring was found with marijuana in her possession.
Herring is charged with possession of marijuana, two counts reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.
