Justin Antonio Glynn, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he removed his ankle monitor and then proceed to participate in gang activities.

Police said that on October 15, Glynn along with Charles and Jakobe Adams are accused of using a gun to commit an armed robbery.  They, along with Justin Beckworth, pointed a gun at another’s head and stole their cash and cellphone.  The victim then punched and kicked repeatedly.  He was treated for injuries to his head, face and body. That incident occurred on Pine Street.

Glynn is charged with aggravated assault , robbery, false imprisonment, participation in street gang activity, battery, obstruction, removing an electronic monitoring device and failure to appear
