A man arrested in August for a probation violation, 37-year-old Justin Cory Poole, 37 of Rome, is now facing felony sex charges.
Reports said that Poole inappropriately touched a 13-year-old female at an apartment on Dugger Drive in June of this year.
Reports added that the victim was able to force Poole away.
Poole is charged with sexual battery.
