Giovanni Vicci Casserilla, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said a dispute became physical.
Police stated that Casserilla left visible scratches on the victim’s hand during the dispute, which occurred at a location on Lakeridge Circle.
Casserilla is charged with battery.
