A 28 year-old Kingston man, Raymond Francis Garrison, was jailed this week after fleeing the state and becoming a fugitive from justice.
Reports said that Garrison violated his terms of probation by fleeing to another state. He was found this week driving without license.
Garrison is charged with being a fugitive from justice and driving without license.
