Floyd County Jail Inmate Charged with Attacking Another inmate

An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Antony Michael Rule, 36 of Rome, is facing new charges after he allegedly hit another inmate in the face.

Reports stated that the victim was left with visible injuries from Rule’s attack. Rule is also accused of falsifying information to police.

Rule is charged with unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution, battery, and false statements and writings.

Anthony Michael Rule, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed his penis and anus to customers of Buffalo Wild Wings on Turner McCall Blvd.

Reports said that Rule became intoxicated and walked outside the restaurant while exposing his private areas as he galloped around the parking lot.   The incident occurred just before 9pm on Sunday.

Rule is charged with public indecency and public drunk.
