Dinisha Hannah Lyons, 47 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to police during an investigation at the Publix shopping center in Rome.
Police said that Lyons gave a fake name and date of birth to two different officers while they were investigating a motor vehicle accident.
Lyons is charged with two counts giving false information to police.
