TJ Boelter, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she allowed a young child to live in unsanitary conditions in a home on Melton Avenue that could have potentially made the child susceptible to diseases.
Reports said that the child was found living in a home with an unsanitary food supply, inadequate sleeping arrangements.
Boelter is charged with 2nd degree cruelty to children.
