Tracey Marie Willoughby, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving drunk with three small children in the car.
Police said that after pulling Willougby over on North Broad Street, they found that she was driving intoxicated. Three children, ages 10, 9 and 7, were all in the backseat of the car.
Willoughby is charged with DUI and three counts endangering a child by DUI.
