Heith Hadden Swanson, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he obstructed police when he was caught stalking a woman.
Reports said that Swanson violated a court order to stay away from a woman when it was discovered that on two different occasions in five days, he went to the victim’s home on Fairhaven Drive. The second time, Swanson is accused of parking in the yard before pulling in the garage and staying for close to 32 minutes.
Police said that Swanson refused to place his hands behind his back despite numerous requests to do so.
Swanson is charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction.
