Maico Andrews Pascuel, 17 of Rome, was arrested at Rome High School after allegedly being found with drugs.
Police said that Pascuel was found with a THC vape and then attempted to hide it from authorities by placing it in a recycling bin.
Pascuel is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and obstruction of police.
