Torie McClain, 47 of Chattanooga, was arrested this week after leading police on a chase and then refusing to cooperate once stopped.
Police said that McCalin ran three red lights while swerving into oncoming traffic.
Once stopped, McClain allegedly refused to roll down the window or step out of his vehicle. After being forcefully removed, officers discovereda strong marijuana odor coming from his vehicle. They also found McClain to have been driving while high.
A search of the vehicle led police to find a pipe and marijuana.
McClain is charged with obstruction, attempting to elude police, possession of marijuana, failure to obey traffic control devices, DUI, failure to maintain lane, and driving without license.
