Jimmy Lee Payne, 52 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally grabbed a woman by the neck with both his hands and choked her to the point she lost consciousness and defecated on herself.
Payne then proceeded to strike the victim on the left side of her face and the back of her head while threatening to kill her if she called police. The victim was left with visible injuries to her body. The incident occurred after a court had ordered Payne to stay away from her. Payne was arrested in June for beating the woman in the face. The incident occurred at a home on Walnut Avenue.
Payne is charged with aggravated assault, battery, terroristic threats and violation of a bond.
