Debra Alice Dodd, 61, and Oscar Bernard Lewis, 70, both of Rome, were arrested this week at a location on Male Road after they were found with a baggie of crack cocaine.
Police said that a police K9 alerted on them before a search was conducted. Officers said that they pulled Lewis over when they saw Dodd, who had an active warrant for her arrest, in his car.
Both are charged with possession of cocaine.
Dodd is additionally charged with probation violation while Lewis is parole violation.
