Robereta Lakesh Grandison, 37 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said she stole a U-Haul truck last March.
Reports said that Grandison rent the van, valued at $42,000, for one day but never returned it.
Grandison is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
