Jerry Neal Bridges, 55 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he used black spray paint to damage a business on East 7th Street in Rome.
Reports said that Bridges used the paint to write on a porch and vinyl siding.
Bridges had been previously banned from the business.
Bridges was later found with the black spray paint can in his possession.
Bridges is charged with two counts criminal trespass.
