Jody Morris Strickland, 46 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he became an “annoyance” while loud and boisterous at a store located at 505 Turner McCall Blvd in Rome.
Police added that Strickland caused “public alarm” from his actions.
Strickland is charged with disorderly conduct.
