Mack Henry Montgomery, 78 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said he was found exposing his sexual organ to the public on Martin Luther King Drive at Hawkins Street.
Police said that a woman told police that she was on her way home from picking up her four grandchildren from school when they saw Montgomery displaying his penis for all to see. The victim stated that Montgomery was holding it with his hand.
Montgomery is charged with public indecency.
