Jeremy Alan Painter, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he molested a child between January 1 and June 27 of this year.
Police said that Painter penetrated the child’s anus with a foreign object.
Reports went on to say that Painter also touched the victim’s breast, vagina and buttocks. He is also accused of making the child touch his penis.
Painter is charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated child molestation.
