Michael Anthony Moss Jr, 44 of Rome, a wanted fugitive, was arrested this week after reports said he was found hiding out and sleeping inside a Rome business on Shorter Industrial Blvd.
Police added that Moss has an active warrant for his arrest from St. Lucie County and Fort Pierce, Florida.
Moss is charged with criminal trespass and fugitive from justice.
