Polk County Authorities have arrested 17 year-old William Howard Huggins, of Temple, after allegedly imprisoning and raping a woman back on March.
Police said that the incident occurred back on March 26, 2025 at a location in Rockmart.
Huggins is charged with rape and false imprisonment.
