Jack William Upton, 51 of Silver Creek, was arrested after reports said he committed a hit and run while drunk.
Police said that the incident occurred back on Highway 411 and Dodd Blvd.
After causing the wreck, officers said that Upton fled the scene on foot.
It was also discovered that Upton had been driving on a suspended license.
Upton is charged with hit and run, DUI, driving on a suspended license and improper turn.
