India Rhancel Woodall, 30 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she caused damage to a police officer’s car while being placed under arrest.
Reports said that Woodall was being taken into custody for an active warrant when he attempted to escape arrest by running away.
After being captured, Woodall allegedly caused damage to the patrol car when being placed in the back.
Woodall is charged with felony interference with government property, obstruction and probation violation
