Yovani Roberto Lucas-Rameriz, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to use a fake $20 bill to make a purchase at the West Rome Walmart.
Reports stated that Lucas-Rameriz attempted to purchase groceries with the fake money.
Lucas-Rameriz is charged with first degree forgery.
