Thomas Hunter Stokes, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he punched another man in the face.
The victim reportedly sustained a small gash on the right side of his face above his eye.
Stokes also allegedly tore a side panel off the inside of the victim’s car, causing under $500 in damages.
The incident occurred at a home on Fosters Mill Road back on July 22nd.
Stokes is charged with battery criminal trespass.
