Joshua Dylon Kornegay, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he illegally obtained another person’s bank card and proceeded to make a purchase using the card at Raceway on Shorter Avenue.
The theft allegedly occurred back on July 11th of this year.
Kornegay is charged with financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.
