Maurice Keome Orr, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he maintained a disorderly house while acting in a drunken rage on Grady Avenue.
Police said that they were dispatched to Grady Avenue after Orr stood in the yard yelling vulgar and obscene language toward others while placing them in fear of their safety.
Reports added that when they arrived on the scene Orr physically resisted officers who were attempting to place him under arrest. He was also found in possession of marijuana during a search.
Orr is charged with disorderly conduct, public drunk, possession of marijuana, maintaining a disorderly house and obstruction.
