Christopher Lee Chalker, 53 of Rome, was arrested at the Circle K store on North Broad Street after police said they found him in possession of drugs.
Officers said that Chalker was found with methamphetamine during a search. Chalker then allegedly admitted to possessing the meth after being given his Miranda rights.
Chalker is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
