Leonard Dorsey Jr, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of drugs after pulling him over in a traffic stop for driving while high on drugs.
Police said that a stop on East 19th Street at Maple Road for driving without a license plate resulted in them discovering that Dorsey was driving while high on drugs.
Dorsey was then found in possession of under an ounce of marijuana.
Dorsey is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, driving without license and failure to display license plate.
