Dupree Antuon Taylor Phillips, 30 of Cartersville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was found passed out drunk on a porch to a home he did not own.
Police stated that Phillips was found asleep on a porch to a home on Reservoir Street.
Officers added that Phillips smelled of alcohol, could not balance and had slurred speech.
Reports went on to say that the resident of the home told police that they had no idea who Phillips was.
Phillips is charged with city drunkenness.
