Tommy Ray Deering, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to comply with the requirements of being a sex offender.
Reports stated that Deering failed to notify the Floyd County sheriff’s Office that he was moving residences. Police stated that Deering moved to an unknown location after living on Highland Blvd.
Deering is charged with sex offender registration.
