Kendric Lamont Sewell, 41 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a large rock through a bedroom window of a home on Lester Lane while causing a small child “excessive mental pain”.
Sewell also allegedly kicked in a door to the home.
Police said that damage to the home exceeded $1,500.
Reports added that Sewell also threatened to harm a female resident of the harm while alluding to her death.
Sewell is charged with 1st degree cruelty to children, 2nd degree criminal damage to property and terroristic threats and acts.
