Stephen Alexander Holbrook, 38 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after her reportedly failed to complete his annual registration requirement.
Law requires convicted sex offender to complete an annual registration 72 hours prior to their birthday.
Holbrook is charged with failure to register a sex offender and probation violation.
