Sally Mae Ferguson, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she repeatedly stole from Ulta Beauty between February 2024 until January 2025.
In February 2024, Ferguson is accused of concealing $148 in merchandise before leaving the store without paying.
On May 302024, Ferguson is accused of concealing $330 worth of merchandise before leaving the store without paying.
On July 10, 2024, Ferguson is accused of concealing $455 worth of merchandise before leaving the store without paying.
Then on January 27, 2025, Ferguson is accused of concealing $78 worth of merchandise before leaving the store without paying.
Ferguson is also accused of having 12 other shoplifting convictions.
Ferguson is charged with four counts theft by shoplifting.
