Keri Ann Mullins, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she appeared drunk while throwing items at cars passing on Burnett Ferry Road.
Reports said that Mullins was also observed walking and stumbling into traffic by passerby’s.
Police added that when they arrived on the scene they detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Mullins.
Mullins is charged with city drunkenness.
