A 22-year-old Rome man, Nigel Oliver Hall, has been sentenced to life with the possibility of parole after pleading guilty to the murder of a 56-year-old man, Brian Jeffrey Haynes.
Reports said that Haynes was shot in the head while inside his vehicle.

Nigel Oliver Hall, 21 of Rome, was jailed Tuesday after shooting and killing a 56 year-old man in the 300 block of Reynolds Street.
Reports said that the shooting occurred just before 4 pm.
The victim was found sitting in his car with a gunshot wound.
Hall is charged with murder and aggravated assault.
