Darius Mackenzie McCoy, 32 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court protection order and attacked a 28 year-old woman.
Reports said that McCoy went to the victim’s Booze Mountain Road home, grabbed her arm and twisted it.
Police stated that the victim was left with visible markings to her arm.
McCoy is charged with battery, violation of a family violence order and probation violation.
