JayQuane Marquise Harris, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in a drunken state harassing others near the intersection of Redmond Circle and Shorter Avenue.
Police added that Harris caused “public danger” and was a “nuisance” to others while being unable to exercise care for his own safety or safety of others.
Harris is charged with public drunk and city disorderly conduct
