He knew that Floyd County, more specifically Cave Spring, was going to be his home for a long time. A native of Ringold, Jarrod Kinsey first stepped foot into the area when he attended Shorter University as a student several years back. After graduating, as the old saying goes, “all roads lead to Rome”. Jarrod and his family relocated to Cedartown to take over as pastor for Cave Spring Baptist Church.
What people may not know is the other “fires” Jarrod works with. Watch and listen to this month’s video as Jarrod talks about his passions for officiating football and helping establish a charter school for his beloved community in Cave Spring.
It is because of his love for community and giving back to many, CVN honors Jarrod Kinsey as July’s Coosa Valley Person of the Month
