Robert Lee Campbell Jr, 38 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he molested a young child.
Reports said that Campbell used his hand to touch the private area of a child to teach her how to masturbate.
The incident occurred at a home on Park Avenue between August 1 and December 31 2024. Campbell is charged with child molestation
