Joshua Ryan Phillips, 35 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill a Rome man at his home on Westwillow Lane.
Reports said that Phillips told the victim, “I will fu***** kill you, boy!”, “I will fuc**** murder you, nigga”, and “I’m gonna fuc**** hurt you dude!”.
Police said that the threats were both recorded and heard by a witness.
Phillips is charged with terroristic threats/acts.
