Christyan Trent Cowart, 18 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome after police said he was found with drugs while driving drunk on Martha Berry Blvd.
Police said that after stopping Cowart, they found him in possession of a vape and a tobacco can.
Cowart is charged with DUI, possession of THC, underage possession of alcohol and operation of an unregistered vehicle.
