Michel Tyler Hogue, 32 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome after police said he was found with drugs while being stopped for speeding on a motorcycle.
Reports said that Hogue was clocked at driving 63 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Police added that Hogue was also found driving on a suspended license and in possession of marijuana.
Hogue is charged with possession of marijuana, violation of driver’s class, operation of an unregistered vehicle, driving on a suspended license and speeding.
