Rashaeyla Lashunn Douglas, 28 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she refused to cooperate with police after she was found driving under the influence.
Police said that Douglas was stopped near the intersection of Shorter Avenue and Dellwood Avenue when they found her to have been drinking while driving.
Officers added that Douglas refused to cooperate and get into the patrol car during her arrest.
Douglas is charged with DUI and obstruction.
