Rome Woman Jailed for Stealing from Battle Auto Brokers

Nichele Nekesika Nicole Massey, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week on numerous counts of theft and false statements.

Reports said that on May 14^th, Massey obtained property belonging to Battle Auto Brokers and converted the property for her own use before selling them.

She is also accused of intentionally failing to disclose loans on a Nissan Pathfinder before selling it.

Police said that they found Massey hiding inside a couch in a home on West Main Street.

Massey is charged with three counts felony theft by conversion, theft by deception, false statements and writings along with obstruction.
