Summer Brookshire Kreider, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she bit and scratched a 33 year-old man during a dispute.
Reports stated that Kreider scratched the man’s arms, back and neck before biting and leaving a puncture wound on his bicep.
Kreider is charged with battery.
