Rome Woman Jailed After Shattering Another’s Arm

Shantel Marie Coggins, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked another woman at a home on Blacks Bluff Road.

Reports added that the victim suffered a fracture to her arm during the attack, which occurred on May 8^th.

Police went on to say that Coggins refused to give any information to them during their investigation.

Coggins is charged with aggravated battery and obstruction.
