Haley Ann Hammonds, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she ripped open a 22-year-old woman’s shirt and then scratched her.
Reports added that the victim was left with visible scratches to her face and chest.
The incident occurred at a home on Hennon Drive.
Hammonds is charged battery.
