Mary Ann Statler, 61 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she punched her r28 year-old daughter in the arm during a “heated” verbal argument.
Reports stated that the incident, which occurred on Bannister Drive, was recorded on video
The victim was left with a visible red mark on her arm.
Statler is charged with simple battery.
