Emanuel Alexander Delgado-Dominguez, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he lied to police about his age in an effort to avoid arrest.
Reports stated that Delgado-Dominguez was found with 12 Buzz Balls, two Beat Boxes,and 3 THC vapes while being searched in the parking lot of Mount Berry Mall..
Delgado-Dominguez is charged with three counts possession of THC vape by a minor, underage possession of alcohol, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and giving false information to police.
